We're Moving?

Hey everyone,

So I have some potentially good news (for me) and thought I'd share with the world! I might be moving! And not just moving, but moving into a house!!! Now, things aren't totally written in stone yet and we are still waiting on all the things that need to be waited for in the purchase of a home...blah, blah, blah. Nonetheless, the excitement has been eating me up! We'd be going from a cute, tiny little one bedroom to a 3-bedroom home in a quiet, residential, more family-friendly neighborhood. (I guess we are getting ready to start a family.) This is totally new for me...I'm a straight city girl used to noise! But what this means is that I no longer have to work out of a closet/workspace and I relax about not turning my workspace into a closet/workspace/nursery.

I have been on Pinterest like a mad-woman and collecting inspiration galore! Nowadays I am totally gettin' into Scandinavian designs. I have always been into a more "global" look, and this doesn't mean I am leaving that behind, but I'd be mixing the best of both worlds!  It'd be like Ikea meets Cost Plus World Market! Anyway, I am starting to pack, so if I am M.I.A. for some time, don't think I've fallen off the face of the earth, but I am busy packin' and "pinning".  I will try to write as often as I can and take ya'll on this moving and decorating adventure with me!
