Somebody gave me a brand new plastic spice rack/paper towel holder thingy a while back. It was pretty cheesy but since I hate throwing stuff away before finding a use for it, I racked my brain thinking what I could use it for. At the time, I was working on my studio and came up with this idea:
I painted it red, hung my beads (you can put some ribbon rolls in the paper tower holder), filled the spice jars/containers with beads and stuff, added some little Ikea tins with more stuff..and there you have it! Since then, I gave it away, but found a pic of it in my files and thought it was a good idea for some of you who are looking for ways to store craft supplies on the cheap. These go for really cheap...you might even find something like this at the dollar store. Who knows?
