Okay, so like me, you can't afford to drop things and go to Santorini for a month or so. And perhaps you don't have the money to buy a vacation home in Greece. What's the next best solution?

Turn one of your rooms into a mini Greek Isle. Paint your room white, add some blue touches, and get rid of all that junk! I am realizing that one of the reasons why those photos of Greek homes by the sea are so soothing to look at is because there isn't clutter all over the place. I am turning into a minimalist. Believe me, after you get rid of stuff, you'll feel less stressed and more relaxed knowing you don't have to clean as much.
